Does Iroko Psychiatry accept patients without any insurance?

At Iroko Psychiatrey, we're committed to making high-quality mental health care accessible and affordable across all locations. We are currently completing credentialing with multiple major insurance providers in each states where we operate.

Texas
We are currently accepting: 
Aetna, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, and Carelon Behavioral Health.
We're still working with our insurance partners to review your files for the following insurance panel(s): Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (in Texas), Oscar (Optum) (in Texas), United Healthcare (Optum) (in Texas), Oxford (Optum) (in Texas)

Pennsylvania
Cash only at this time; working to credential with commercial insurance plans

Tennessee
Cash only at this time; working to credential with commercial insurance plans

Massachusetts
Cash only at this time; working to credential with commercial insurance plans 


Self-Pay and Out-of-Network Options

We gladly accept self-pay patients and those with out-of-network benefits. If you plan offers out-of-network coverage and you've confirmed eligibility with your insurer, we can:
Submit claims on your behalf, or
Provide a detailed superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.

Our goal is tomake care seamless and accessible—no matter your insurance status.

Does your practice offer telehealth visits or just in-office visits?

We currently offer in-person visits at our Dallas, Texas office and secure online telehealth appointments for patients in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. Arrangements are under way to expand in-office availability in additional states soon, ensuring greater access to high-quality, compassionate mental health care wherever you are.

Is Iroko Psychiatry accepting new patients, and which patients can be seen at the clinic?

Yes, Iroko Psychiatry is currently accepting new patients for both in-person visits at our Dallas, Texas office and telehealth appointments in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. We welcome individuals seeking compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health needs, from mood and anxiety disorders to ADHD, trauma, and reproductive or oncology-related behavioral health support. We provide care for individuals from ages 18 and up.

How do I upload my insurance card and/or send documents to the clinic?

Once your appointment date and time are confirmed, Iroko Psychiatry will provide a secure link for you to upload the required documentation and complete the intake packet prior to your appointment.
